PULMAC POLLUTANT CLASSIFIER IN MASTER SCREEN PULP

Cod. 070406 Standard: TAPPI T274 Pulmac mechanical classifier for all kind of pollutants in pulp as dust, stickers, and chips.  The equipment is used for virgin pulp as well as for recycled pulps. The pollutants rest in a filter paper that later can be analyzed with an image analysis system. The equipment has a quick measurement system, in 5 to 10 minutes the results will be obtained.

TECHPAP Compact MORFI FIBER ANALYSER

Cod: 071102 This equipment provides high resolution analysis of pulp fibre and shives. Analysis includes length, width, curl, kink and coarseness of the fibre, as well as shives and fines analysis. The Morfi can measure thousands of fibres quickly with high accuracy with no need of special sample preparation. The system has no capillary tubes that could plug and is easy to maintain.

TECHPAP MORFI WT FIBER WALL ANALYSER

Cod: 071101 This equipment has been developed by the CTP, to measure in few minutes the wall of the paper fibres. Is a complementary equipment to the Morfi Compact and will add high accuracy thickness results (0,7μ) of the fibre wall, its measurement and its distribution.

TECHPAP RETENTION TESTER

Cod: 071201 The Retention tester is used to study the influence of the additives on the paper manufacture, specially the retention, sizing and wet strength additives. The pulp is agitated and diluted to the right consistence, the additives are added and mixed with the pulp and the paper sheet is quickly made. The same fabric as the ones used on the MP can be used. The White water is collected for analysis and the dynamic drainage behaviour is displayed.

PTI DYNAMIC JAR

Cod: 071203 Evolved Original Dynamic Jar from DDJ. Measures the retention dosage and drainage. It is possible to add a chemical products dosage device and an empty unit. Easy use equipment.

LABORATORY PULPER

Cod: 071001 Stainless Steel equipment to defibration of virgin or recycled pulps. Available in 3 sizes 8,17 and 45 litres, to work from 30 to 350 grams of pulp and a consistence range between 2 and 7%. Rotor speed adjustable up to 1500 revolutions per minute.

PTI PULP CENTRIFUGE

Cod. 071208 High speed laboratory centrifuge, to centrifuge pulp samples. It has 4 positions of 100ml, that can centrifuge 150 grams of pulp. The revolutions can be adjusted from 100 to 14.000 r.p.m. Robust equipment with easy water discharge.

TECHPAP PULP AIR TESTER

Cod. 071202 Equipment designed to measure the air in cellulose pulp suspensions. Easy use equipment and specially designed to evaluate the air in pulp during the different steps of manufacture. The air tester main frame is made in stainless steel.
