Thermotronic III/200 – เครื่องทดสอบ Vanish Cooker แบบอัตโนมัติ

The Thermotronic 200 is an automatic varnish cooker to prepare varnish samples independent of individual operator skills.Even high resin contents do not effect the quality of the varnish due to the powerful stirring motor and the use of a magnetic stirring bar of high volume and weight. A special test tube with a round bottom is used in order to avoid residual material in the test tube. The filling weight of the test tube is 200 grams.

Quick waterbalance testing of offset inks with Lithotronic IV - A good ink-water balance is important for high quality printing on lithographic offset printing presses. In order to be able to predict the performance on the press, the water absorbency of lithographic inks must be tested.

The Lithotronic IV is the first device to determine the water balance performance of offset inks and fount solutionswith 1% accuracy. The instrument is equipped with automatic gap adjustment (known from upper class rheometers) and a ceramic dosing system. The Chemotronic Cool is designed for measuring the solubility of resins (and polymer blends) by means of cloud point determination over an extended temperature range.

The standard Chemotronic III can determine cloud points in the range of +50° to +220° C only, which is generally sufficient for quality control applications. However, in order to use it as a research instrument or to expand the measurable range a wider temperature range and extra features are advantageous. The Thermotronic III is a rheological tool to standardize varnish     preparation and viscosity measurements in research and industry. In order to produce varnishes of consistent structure and quality, Novomatics has developed an automatic device for quick and reproducible preparation of test-oil-based varnishes prior to the viscosity measurements.  The objective was to eliminate the possibility of errors due to individual influences in the dissolving phase in order to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of viscosity measurements.
